CellStory is building a longitudinal model of you: how today's meals, weight trend, and lab-backed biomarkers compound into plausible biological states at 1, 3, 5, and 10 years — not fortune-telling, but scenario bands grounded in clinical literature and your own signal.
Inputs
Photo-first logging supplies recurring nutrient and timing signal. Weight and body-composition deltas anchor mass trajectory. Wearables and periodic labs fold in glucose variability, lipids, inflammation proxies, and other markers you already track — unified into one manuscript instead of siloed dashboards.
Horizons
At each horizon we surface ranges, not single numbers: how your projected cardiometabolic and inflammatory posture might drift under sustained patterns — and which levers (fuel, sleep, load) move the band. The goal is anticipatory clarity, not another alarm.
